I trained with Dave before but had to take a break because of work and the pandemic. We are in week 5 now. When we began Dave took the time to explain the methods and concepts we would be using. By week 3 I began to notice my movement improving. I’ve gotten more flexible. When I started I had a shoulder issue. It bothered me all the way from the shoulder down to my wrist. My range of motion has improved and it doesn’t bother me nearly as much. I find it much easier now to bend over to do things (like tie my shoes!!) I’ve spent the last 12 years as a forklift driver. You wouldn’t think it, but that job created a lot of pain and discomfort. Working with Dave has done a lot to alleviate that. Seems like he’s on to something. I can’t wait to see what lies ahead.
