Shoulder Rehab Work

Here is the second half of my morning mobility work. As you can see my left shoulder still needs work. It's just not as smooth as my right. I'm using light a light club and mace (around 10 pounds), just enough weight to help pull my shoulder through a full range of motion and help open up the joint.

I'm also playing with a new video editor on my phone. Feel free to leave feedback. Cheers, Dave
